A commercial building on one of Williamsburg's most visible waterfront corners — where the renders had to do the selling. Our job wasn't to design 135 Kent; it was to put it convincingly on its real block, at the angles and hours that would move a buyer before a single unit existed.
We modeled the corner before we ever placed a camera
135 Kent sits where Kent Avenue turns to meet the water — a corner most renderings would invent from scratch. We rebuilt the real block first: the width of the esplanade, the angle of the light off the river, the line pedestrians actually walk past the building. The view above isn't a flattering fiction; it's the one vantage point on this corner that was always going to sell the project.
One building, whatever hour the leasing deck needs
A buyer doesn't choose what time they walk by, so neither do we. We deliver 135 Kent lit for the hour that matters — warm and gold for a broker deck, cool and glowing for a skyline shot at night. Same façade, same materials, whichever light closes the room.
